We offer warehouses for rent and sale starting from 1,300m2

1 loading dock door per 500m2.

Each space includes:

2.74m x 3.05m (Nominal 9' x 10') vertical lift sectional doors without motor, with 7.5cm (3") rails with 'Z'-shaped protection.

Special equipment can be installed upon request.

It is located just 100 meters from Ruta 1 on Calle El Coyol, and has nearby access to Route 27 via Radial El Coyol
